Herbert is a Partner and Co-Founder of AH2 Legal.
Herbert is registered in the High Court Roll of Practitioners and is admitted as a lawyer in Western Australia. Before he co-founded AH2 Legal, Herbert had extensive experience working in law firms in both WA and NSW. Herbert has extensive experience in the legal industry, particularly in the areas of Commercial Law and Migration Law. Herbert’s experience in building a successful migration firm and property settlement agency has also enhanced his expertise and provided him with a unique insight into the know-how of achieving success with commercial transactions. Herbert has particular understanding of the issues that can arise in the business context and is committed to delivering practical advice in reaching a commercial and cost-effective solution for his clients. As a lawyer involved in dispute resolution, Herbert regularly assists his clients in resolving international financial disputes. His knowledge and experience in cross-border transactions also greatly helps him in his work as a transactional lawyer.
Herbert also has experience representing and advising clients in a wide range of personal injury matters, a handful of which has resulted in large settlements. He is committed to helping his clients to obtain every cent of compensation of which they are entitled to.
Through working with clients from diverse backgrounds, Herbert has developed a high sense of cultural awareness, enabling him to understand clients from all backgrounds.
Outside of his practice, Herbert also passionately commits his time to many community and charitable causes. Herbert is well respected and highly regarded among the Western Australia Chinese community through the many community associations that he is involved with.

Before establishing H2 Legal Group, Herbert had extensive experience working in law firms in both WA and NSW. Herbert has more than a decade of experience in the legal industry, particularly in the areas of Commercial Law (Dispute Resolution, Mergers & Acquisitions), Property Law as well as Migration Law. Herbert’s experience in building a successful migration firm and property settlement agency has also enhanced his expertise and provided him with a unique insight into the know-how of achieving success with commercial transactions. Herbert has particular understanding of the issues that can arise in the business context and is committed to delivering practical advice in reaching a commercial and cost-effective solution for his clients.
